At Talkdecor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason our cotton and linen apparel doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.
Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that items must be postmarked within this 15-day period.
- Condition: To be eligible, the clothing must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags still attached. We reserve the right to reject returns of items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Return Process
- Initiation: To start the return process, please send an email to talkdecor2022@hotmail.com. Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Our customer support team will respond promptly with further instructions.
- Shipping: Once your return request is approved, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, such as UPS, FedEx, or a postal service with tracking capabilities. Please keep the shipping receipt as proof of return. The cost of return shipping is typically borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect in the item or our error.
Refunds
- Processing Time: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 - 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid via credit card, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
- Partial Refunds: In cases where the item has minor signs of use but still meets some of the return criteria, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion. The amount will be calculated based on the condition of the item.
Exchanges
- If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund, you can indicate this in your initial return email. We will check the availability of the desired item and, if available, ship it to you once we've received and inspected the returned product. You may be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with the exchange, depending on the circumstances.
Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at talkdecor2022@hotmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the defect or damage along with your order number. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping, and we will either replace the item free of charge or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. These items are typically sold at a discounted price, and the non-returnable nature is clearly stated in the product description at the time of purchase.
